Mr. Abla passed away on June 13, 2014, and was cremated. He was born in Erick, Oklahoma on September 24, 1945. He was a welder who worked throughout Wood County. Survivors include companion Jeanette Cruce of Mineola; two daughters, Samantha Thompson of Amarillo and Beth Moore of Channelview; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous brothers, nieces and nephews.
