The Wood County Grand Jury that met May 27 has issued 30 indictments. Those indictments that have been released and the charges were:

Jacob Andrew Brewer, Lindale, unlawful possession of a firearm, third degree felony, bond $20,000; possession of controlled substance greater than one gram (use or exhibit deadly weapon, enhanced), second degree felony, $15,000;

Steven Bull, Republic, Missouri, failure to comply with sex offender registration, $20,000;

Cameron Burnett, Alba, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, $20,000 each count; criminal mischief $1,500 or more, less than $20,000, state jail felony, $5,000;

Kelly Heaslet Cockerell, Mineola, possession of controlled substance less than one gram, state jail felony, $10,000;

Terry Shane Davis, Quitman, possession of controlled substance greater than one gram, less than four grams (enhanced), second degree felony $10,000;

William Ray Elliott, Plano, possession of controlled substance less than one gram, state jail felony, $5,000;

James Antone Estabrook, Canton, possession of controlled substance less than one gram, state jail felony, $20,000;

Timothy Michael Floyd, Jr., possession of controlled substance under one gram in a drug free zone, third degree felony, $5,000;

Brenda Griffith, Clifton, possession of controlled substance greater than one gram, less than four grams, third degree felony, 10,000;

David Harkins, Carrolton, possession of controlled substance less than one gram, state jail felony, Personal recognizance bond, $20,000;

Russell Lynn Harrison, Quitman, possession of controlled substance less than one gram, state jail felony, $5,000;

Nathan Himes, Winnsboro, two counts of elderly credit or debit card abuse, third degree felony, $3,000 each count;

Rhonda Renae Houston, Quitman, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony, $10,000;

Kimberly Renee Johnson, Hawkins, arson, second degree felony, $20,000;

Jason Matthew Kuss, Hawkins, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony, $20,000;

Travis Wade Moody, Sulphur Springs, assault causing bodily injury of family-household member, impeding breathing-circulation, third degree felony, $10,000;

Zachary Kyle Morseth, Mount Vernon, possession of controlled substance less than one gram, state jail felony, $10,000;

Joe Kenneth Musselwhite, Mineola, assault public servant (enhanced), second degree felony, $30,000; injury of an elderly individual (enhanced), second degree felony, $20,000;
