City designates land for future development
The city of Mineola has transferred a one-acre tract to the Mineola Economic Development Corp. for use in economic development.
The city council approved the move in a special meeting last week following a closed session.
The acre is part of a 7.845-acre tract in the city’s industrial park off Bromberg and Baker Streets, east of Hwy. 69.
