Couple to mark 50th anniversary

Mike and Linda Martin of Golden will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, June 20 at Pilgrim Rest #2 Baptist Church in Golden at 2 p.m.

They were married Feb. 7, 1970 in Quinlan.

The event will be hosted by their daughters and sons-in-law, Deanna and Lance Owens of Richmond Hill, Ga., and Andrea and David Ringgold of Golden.

Special Olympics returns in style

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert
