Defendants have probations revoked
The probation was revoked for the following defendants in 402nd District Court on Wednesday, Sept. 18 and sentences assessed.
Roger Allen Potter, Gun Barrel City, possession of a controlled substance (PCS) penalty group one (PG1) less than one gram, state jail felony, nine months in state jail with 62 days credit for time served.
Christian Emmanuel Bruffy Holmes, Melissa, PCS PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, six months in state jail with 110 days credit for time served.
Victoria Lane Koch, Chandler, assault causes bodily injury, Class A misdemeanor, 180 days in county jail with 32 days credit for time served.
Michael Anthony Kaufman, Haltom City, prohibited item/substance in a correctional facility, third degree felony, six years community supervision with 160 hours community service and completion of program.
Juan Jose Quezada Jr., Lancaster, PCS PG1 one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, three years in state prison with 443 days credit for time served.
Joshua Wayne Wilt, Lindale, unlawful possession of firearm by a felon, third degree felony, six years in state prison with 603 days credit for time served.
