Elizabeth Robinson

1940-2018

MINEOLA-A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. at for Elizabeth Robinson, 78 of Mineola scheduled for today (Wednesday) at 12 p.m. at Mineola First Assembly of God with Rev. Jerry C. Williams officiating.

Mrs. Robinson died September 22, 2018, in Tyler. She was born August 7, 1940, in Natchitoches, Louisiana to the late Mike and Mable Rains. She was a retired LVN and a member of First Assembly of God, Mineola.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Robinson and son, Steven Hughes, Jr.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Lee of Mineola; sisters, Patricia Larson, Mineola, Micky Turner of Como Pickton, Lydia Evans of Mineola and Debbie Warren; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The church is located at 1917 N. U.S. Hwy 69 Mineola.

Special Olympics returns in style

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
