402nd District Court Judge Jeff Fletcher has been named to the Board of Directors of the Texas Center for Judicial Review. Fletcher was elected to the judge’s post in 2016 and took office Jan. 1, 2017.

The Texas Center for the Judiciary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to provide outstanding judicial education to Texas judges so that a qualified and knowledgeable judiciary and staff may administer justice with fairness, efficiency, and integrity.

The Texas Center also serves as the administrator of a federal grant under the Children’s Justice Act, and in that capacity supports critical programs such as CASA and CAC of Texas designed to assist at risk children and enable them to have a normal and healthy home life.
