Frances Williams 1956-2020

Frances Williams, 64, of Alba passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2020 in Quitman. She was born on Feb. 22, 1956 in Canton. She was a retired nurse.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Williams in 2017, and by one grandson, Zachary Williams.

She is survived by, sons, Tommy Ray Williams of Terrell, Donald Williams of Huntsville and Rickey Williams of Terrell; and three grandchildren.

Service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2020 at Beaty Funeral Home, 5320 S. State Hwy. 37 in Mineola at 1 p.m., with Rev. Fred Morrow conducting.

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Come on over to Mineola’s beautiful Historic Select Theater and hear the Lake Country Symphonic Band’s Christmasy “Everything Christmas” concert.

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
