Georgia Nell Taylor Roberts, 1936-2019

ALBA – Funeral services for Georgia Nell Taylor Roberts, 83, of Alba, were Sunday, March 3, 2019, at the chapel, with Bro. Byron George officiating under the direction of Wilson-Bartley Funeral Home, Alba.

Burial was in Salem Cemetery, Alba.

Mrs. Roberts passed away Feb. 28, 2019, in Alba.

She was born Sunday, Feb. 23, 1936, in Alba, to the late Otis Dewey and Ethel Loree Gilbreath Taylor. Georgia married Billy Wayne Roberts and lived all of her life in Alba.

Survivors include her daughter, Ginger Sweeden of Alba; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Georgia was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Tommy Glenn Deel; brother, Billy Joy Robinson; and sister, Otta Lee Langford.
