Guilty pleas heard in 402nd District Court
The following guilty pleas were heard and defendants sentences assessed on Sept. 11 in 402nd District Court:
Isaiah James Sims, Greenville, theft of firearm, Class A misdemeanor, 10 months in county jail with 129 days credit for time served.
Rodney Robert Andrews, Amarillo, terroristic threat against peace officer, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, two years community supervision with $1,000 fine.
Jason Lee Hogie, Wake Village, assault of family/household member impeding breathing/circulation, third degree felony, seven years in state prison with 147 days credit for time served, $5,000 fine.
Rebecca Lynn Head, possession of controlled substance (PCS) penalty group (PG) 1/1-B less than one gram, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service.
Jayden Brooke Holly, Sulphur Springs, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, second degree felony, deferred adjudication, four years community supervision with 40 hours community service.
Samuel Eligio Tellez, Alba, forgery of a financial instrument, state jail felony, 15 months in state jail with 188 days credit for time served, $1,200 fine, $621 restitution.

Walter Foster, Hawkins, PCS PG1/1-B one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, eight years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $3,000 fine.
Harold Joseph Marcantel, Arlington, PCS PG1/1-B one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, seven years community supervision with 180 hours community service, $1,000 fine.
Jon William Ford, Hawkins, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine.
Mark Lee Jacobs, Mineola, abandoning or endangering a child, state jail felony (two counts), deferred adjudication, four years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine.
Theresa Renea Jacobs, Mineola, abandoning or endangering a child, state jail felony (two counts), deferred adjudication, four years community supervision with 120 hours community service.
Tavaris Anton King II, Quitman, injury to a child/elderly/disabled individual-reckless bodily injury, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $2,500 fine.
Billy Ray Rinehart, Hawkins, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, seven years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,500 fine.
David Arturo Candelario, Mineola, assault causes bodily injury, Class A misdemeanor, deferred adjudication, six months community supervision with 24 hours community service.

William Paul Stausing II, Quinlan, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for three years community supervision, 120 hours community service and $1,000 fine.
Brianna Manley, Quitman, driving while intoxicated third or more, eight years in state prison suspended for five years community supervision, 160 hours community service and $600 fine.
Mary Ann Johnson, Pickton, PCS PG1 one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, five years in state prison with 329 days credit for time served, $2,000 fine.
Joshua Lance Blue, Mineola, burglary of a habitation, second degree felony, four years in state prison with 131 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, state jail felony, 12 months in state prison.
Coleton Taylor Shrum, Winnsboro, theft of property $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, state jail felony, 18 months in state jail with 442 days credit for time served, $1,500 fine, $12,000 restitution.
Probations were revoked for the following defendants and sentences assessed on Sept. 17:

Chad Stewart Hoppe, Mineola, PCS PG1 one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, 25 years in state prison with 339 days credit for time served.
Amanda May Knutson, Sulphur Springs, hindering apprehension/prosecution of a known felon, third degree felony, five years in state prison with 105 days credit for time served.
Jerrod Neal Brown, Gilmer, PCS PG1 one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, eight years in state prison with 632 days credit for time served.
Sherry Gail West, Waco, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, 18 months in state jail with 320 days credit for time served.
Debrah Elizabeth East, Winnsboro, PCS PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, nine months in state jail with five days credit for time served.
