Guilty pleas heard in 402nd District court cases

The following guilty pleas were heard in 402nd District Court March 30:

Cheyenna Dawn Hendrickson, Alba, unauthorized use of a vehicle, Class A misdemeanor, 365 days in the county jail, jail credit of 622 days, $290 court costs, $6,814 restitution. (Released)

Angie Lynn Flippin, Hico, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG1) four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $355 court costs.

Katie Mae Briggs, Lindale, forgery, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Misty Jean Moore, Hawkins, sex offenders duty to register for life/annually, third degree felony, five years in state prison with 311 days credit for time served, $2,000 fine.

Jacob Everett Talley, Mineola, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, one year in state jail with 535 days credit for time served. (Held on Johnson County charge).

Gary Joe Rogers, Mart, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, third degree felony, four years in state prison with 116 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Timothy Ray Pippin, Snyder, unauthorized use of a vehicle, state jail felony, six years in state prison with 451 days credit for time served, $3,000 fine.

Peyton Lavonn Becvar, Mineola, possession of a controlled substance PG one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony (two counts), deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 Fien and $290 court costs.

Leslie Bertrand Alaman, Hawkins, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, third degree felony, five years in state prison probated to five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Charles Ray Gill, Mineola, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance PG1 four grams or more but less than 200, first degree felony, eight years in state prison with 272 days credit for time served.

Sherra Renea Tilson, Como, possession of a controlled substance PG1/1-B, one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 240 hours community service, $1,000 Fien and $290 court costs.

Tracy Dean Howard, Winnsboro, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony, seven years in state prison probated to five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $390 court costs.

Misty Jean Moore, Hawkins, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, dismissed.
