Guilty pleas heard in criminal cases
The following criminal cases were resolved with guilty pleas in 402nd District Court in Quitman Thursday, June 9:
Jodi Leigh Williams, Rowlett, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG1) less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service.
Walter Dewain Dugan, Grand Saline, false name, false information and forgery, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service. Three counts dismissed.
Antonio Dewayne Berry, Quitman, tampering/fabricating physical evidence, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 160 hours community service.
Jose J. Vargas, Mineola, attempt to commit possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, one year community supervision with 80 hours community service.
Julie Ann Mullins, Murchison, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram (two counts), state jail felony, two years in state jail probated to five years community supervision with 120 hours community service; possession of a controlled substance PG1 more than one gram but less than four, third degree felony, 10 years in state prison probated to 10 years community supervision with 160 hours community service.
Donald Ray Bean II, Mineola, assault - dating relationship - impeding breathing/circulation, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service.
Savannah Lee Wood, Holly Lake Ranch, injury to elderly individual, third degree felony, 10 years in state prison probated to 10 years community supervision with 160 hours community service.
Desiree Nicole Legg, Lindale, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state prison probated to five years community supervision with 120 hours community service.
Glen Lee McGill, Quitman, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, six months in state jail, possession of a controlled substance PG1 more than one gram but less than four, third degree felony (two counts), four years in state prison with 87 days credit for time served, concurrent with prior sentence.
Tony Saucedo Ybarra, Elmendorf, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against a pubic servant, first degree felony, eight years in state prison with 736 days credit for time served, concurrent with prior sentence.
Lee Eric Anderson, Casa Grande, Ariz., possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, one day in the county jail, concurrent with prior sentence.
Steven Wayne Rogers, Quitman, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, possession of a controlled substance PG1 more than one gram but less than four, third degree felony, 18 years in state prison with 60 days credit for time served, concurrent with prior sentence.
Matthew Eric Hudson, Gilmer, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with 386 days credit for time served, concurrent with prior sentence.
