Harriet Ann Windom, 73 of Quitman passed away Nov. 15, 2019. “Ann” was born in Dallas on March 8, 1946 as the youngest of two children to Mary Ella and Al Hamilton. A loving wife and mother, Ann is survived by her husband of 53 years, Clyde Windom; her sibling, Richard Hamilton and sister in law Sharon Hamilton; brothers and sisters in law, Eddy and Barbara Windom and Pat and Trisha Windom; son, Wade Windom and wife Sherry; daughter, Misty Westveld and husband Brad. She loved all of her grandchildren, Alyssa and Megan Moody, Ashley and Jackson Windom, Carys and JD Westveld; nieces and nephews, Scott, Jon, Haley, Eric, Jared, Amy and Tyler; a lover of animals, especially dogs and her beloved Minnie. Ann graduated from Texas Tech and was a passionate Red Raider fan, especially football. Ann worked in Dallas early on for the Dallas Cowboys, as a Realtor, and had a long career at Brinker International before retiring to lake life in Lake Quitman. We look forward to celebrating the life of Ann in the near future.
