Heritage House hosting parade for its residents

The Heritage House Healthcare Centre in Quitman is planning another parade for local residents to help celebrate Valentine’s Day.

The parade is Feb. 12 at 2 p.m. at 1026 E. Goode St. Those who want to participate are asked to decorate the passenger side of their vehicles.

Participants are asked to meet at Quitman Elementary School to line up. Quitman police will be on hand to direct.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic has taken away so many opportunities for residents to have visitors, the parade will give people the opportunity to bring joy to the residents of the facility.

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert
