The Wood County Extension Office will be offering a “Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes” Class series during February.

Whether you are newly diagnosed with diabetes or perhaps need a refresher with new information and updates on managing your diabetes; we hope you can join us.

“Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes” is a program designed to help participants better understand how to daily manage diabetes to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Guest speakers are lined up who are very passionate about diabetes education and can help you understand this important topic.

This series will be held on Wednesday’s February 7, 14, 21, and 28 at 10 a.m. each day at the county extension office in Quitman.

Registration is $20 per person (which covers the entire series of four classes). Please call the extension office at 903-763-2924 or come to sign-up for the class series.

By signing up ahead of time this will help us prepare for the class and have plenty of supplies.

If you have any questions or need additional information, call Angie Monk at the Wood County extension office.
