Jill Ellen Williams, 68, Mineola, passed away July 29, 2019, at Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler following a lengthy illness.
She was the youngest of three children, born Jan. 12, 1951, to Roy McCarty Williams and Hazel Louise Morland Williams, Ennis.
She was a hairstylist for over 40 years, much of that time in Mineola. She will be missed by her family, friends and many clients.
She was preceded in death by her sister Glenda Abbott.
She is survived by her son, U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Jarrod Ingram; her sister, Roynelle Sayles; and nieces and nephews.
