Pictured here is Mia Backer, a first-year member of the Quitman 4-H Club, who participated in the recent 4-H workshop where each member created their own fleece scarves. In addition to the traditional 4-H clothing construction or consumer buying projects, members can also enter the "Decorate a Shoe" contest and the new "Duct Tape Designs" contest.
