With the new light standards in place at R.E. St. John Memorial Stadium, workers remove the top half of the last of the old lights at the stadium. The lighting contract was awarded to Musco Lighting for a cost of $238,700 in May in order for the lights to be installed and working before the first football scrimmage Aug. 18. The LED lights will illuminate more areas of the stadium then the previous lights.
