Lila Ruth Jackson, 93, passed away on Monday, Feb. 8, 2021.
She was born on Dec. 18, 1927 to Fay Shipley and Albert Busbee in Wood County.
She was preceded by her husband, Billy Jackson; her parents; her brothers, A.L Busbee and Raymond Busbee; sisters, Lola McKenzie and Bessie Mize; and grandson, Timothy Jackson.
Lila is survived by her son, Bobby Jackson (wife Karla); daughters, Billie Ruth Jackson and Betty VanDusen (husband Steve); six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery in Mineola with Bro. Fred Morrow officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude’s or Shriners.
