LuAnn was born in Madison, Wis. Nov. 13, 1950 to Robert W. and Geraldine M. Fish (Larson), and raised in Phoenix, Ariz. She graduated from East High School in Phoenix. She was married to Leslie “Les” E. She and Les owned and operated several businesses together, including luxury home remodeling and trucking and logistics. In her free time, she was passionate about traveling around the US, hunting for treasures at estate sales and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her younger brother, Timothy Fish.

She is survived by her husband, Les; sister, Denise Panthen (Fish) of Washington; brother, Robin Fish of Arizona; and daughters, Kristi Weichelt (Darnell) of Washington and Erin Darnell-Addington of Texas.

Arrangements were handled by Hilliard Funeral Home in Van. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Animal Preservation of East Texas animal shelter in LuAnn’s name to honor her eternal love of animals (https://apetspca.org/donations.html).

Her family would like to thank all the doctors and other medical staff that supported her on her many-year journey with cancer, and the wonderful people at Hospice of East Texas in Tyler for their loving and respectful care of LuAnn and her family during her final days.
