Crime stoppers seek criminals, increase reward for oil theft
Wood County Crime Stoppers is seeking the three criminals shown above, in addition to many others. For a full list of wanted criminals sought by the organization, stop by their Facebook page at facebook.com/woodcountysmostwanted. If you have information that could lead to the arrest of a fugitive or help solve a crime, contact 903-763-2274. All tipsters will remain anonymous.
In addition, Wood County Crime Stoppers increased the reward for information leading to the apprehension of individuals responsible for crude oil theft. If your information leads to the identification and/or arrest of the person(s) responsible, you may be eligible for a reward of up to $3,000. Three thefts have occurred over the past seven weekss resulting in a loss of the equivalent of over 300 barrels of oil from three locations in the FM 2966, FM 69 area of Wood County. These thefts occurred on Nov. 7 -- 8, Dec. 14 -- 15, and Dec. 22 -- 23.
