Military honor awarded to Hammer
Landon Hammer, son of Kelly and Sharon Cothern of Heartland and grandson of Jimmie and Pam Pollard of Yantis, was recently named NCO Soldier of the Month. He was recently awarded his fifth Army Achievement Medal and is an E5 sergeant stationed at Ft. Hood in Killeen.
