Elmer Philmore Bunn

Funeral services for Elmer Philmore Bunn, 91, Mineola, were held June 23, 2014 at First United Methodist Church in Mineola with Bro. Darrell Coats officiating.

Burial was held in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Bunn passed away June 19, 2014.

He was born in Davenport, Iowa on September 11, 1922, to the late Dr. and Mrs. E.P. Bunn.

He served his country during WWII as aviation machinist in the US Navy from 1941 to 1945. Survivors include his wife of nearly 66 years, Jenny Bunn, two sons; Gary Bunn of Vancouver, WA, Alan Bunn of Hitchcock, TX; three grandchildren and 6 greatgrandchildren.

In lieu of flowers if desired donations may be made to First United Methodist Church of Mineola in his name.
