Mineola FFA teams advance
Two Mineola FFA career development teams have advanced to state competition.
The Dairy Judging Team placed 4th overall.
Riley Donohoe was the third top individual. Fellow teammates are Audrey Dowdle, Jocelyn Whitehead and Holly Williams.
The Floriculture Team also placed 4th, Cam Ramos was the eighth top individual. Also on the team are Melissa Rojas, Zoe Goodson and Sydney Van Cleave.
The teams competed at the Area 6 FFA CDE Contest April 13 in Sulphur Springs and Texas A&M - Commerce.
The state contests are April 30 at Sam Houston State (floriculture) and April 29 at Tarleton State (dairy).
