Mineola Fire Report, March 14-20
FIRE DAMAGES UNOCCUPIED HOUSEThis house at 715 S. Newsom St. in Mineola was badly damaged by fire the afternoon of March 15. Nobody was injured in the blaze, which broke out about 1:30 p.m. The dwelling was unoccupied. Fire Marshal David Madsen said it appears the fire started near an air conditioning unit.
