Well, well, well. How are you holding up in this time of staying home? Are you getting caught up on your reading? Caught up on the things you wanted to do but couldn’t?

We have eBooks available on the catalog page of our website. You just need your library card (the number not the letter) and a pin which happens to be the telephone number you have on file with us. Log in and you can access books through Axis 360 and Freading. Through our website you can access titles to read through Project Gutenberg and listen to audios from LibriVox.

Our website is www.mineolalibrary.com.

Tumble Books has provided a temporarily free link to their children’s eBooks. Those may be found on the left side of the catalog page under Electronic Resources. There you have choices of audio and books to read.

Our telephone number is 903-569-2767. We have staff at the library part-time and we always return messages left on our answering machine.

You may also contact us by email at minmemlib@gmail.com.

Hope you are enjoying the Ben and Cat pictures posted on our Facebook page. We are having fun finding new things for Ben and Cat to do while the library is closed. They do like to read and spend time together.

We have canceled all of our programs through April. As long as there is encouragement to keep a six foot physical distance, we are going to be closed. This is for the safety of the staff as well as our patrons.

Internet is still available from the comfort of your car in our parking places along Blair Street, on the porches, and the bench underneath the tree. Remember, personal space!

We hope to see you soon. Keep washing your hands. Stay safe.
