6:45 a.m., alarm, 1200 blk N. Pacific, everything OK.

11:13 a.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, arrested Robert Lloyd Bedwell for theft and criminal trespass warrants.

12:38 p.m., littering, 100 blk NE Loop 564.

12:55 p.m., found property, Peques and McDonald, license plate, returned.

1:54 p.m., welfare concern, 200 blk Spring Lake, EMS contacted.

4:10 p.m., assist other agency, 500 blk S. Johnson, warrant service.

7:37 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 69 N. and Loop 564, subject hit transformer, believed to be intoxicated, attempting to drive away. WCSO contacted, requested back up and fire department dispatched. Lights off on Loop 564.

7:56 p.m., information, 300 Greenville Hwy., subject requested information on incarcerated subject.

8:24 p.m., reckless driver, Loop 564 at N. Pacific, subject reported being run off road and almost hit, threatened to shoot if it happens again, advised by police not to follow vehicle, unable to locate.

11:15 p.m., disorderly conduct, 700 blk N. Newson, noise complaint-loud music, officer unable to locate loud music.

Dec. 19

10:01 a.m., criminal mischief, 1700 blk N. Pacific, window broken.

1:36 p.m., suspicious person, 500 blk N. Greenville, reported someone dumping building material on property, advised is the property owner.

2:01 p.m., escort, 1000 blk N. Pacific, to city cemetery.

2:24 p.m., inquest, 400 blk N. Line, justice of the peace contacted.

5:16 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville Hwy., reporting party seeking information on gun registration for deceased subject.

7:05 p.m., alarm, 1200 blk N. Pacific, building locked and secured, possible animal activity.

9:09 p.m., information, 100 blk NE Loop 564, pick up video for prior case.

10:00 p.m., burglary, 600 blk Graham, reporting party returned home to find broken window.

Dec. 20

1:35 a.m., possible drunken subject, Hwy. 69 at city limit, WCSO reported subject left disturbance, unable to locate.

2:19 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 1800 blk N. Pacific, officer advised nothing suspicious.

8:17 a.m., alarm, 200 blk N. Pacific, canceled.

5:38 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 1100 blk E. Broad, reporting party stated someone in vehicle pointed gun at him, last seen eastbound on Hwy. 80, unable to locate.

7:36 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 700 blk N. Pacific, hit and run.

10:38 p.m., assault, 1100 blk N. Pacific, stabbing reported, fire and EMS dispatched, advised medical air unit needed. Manuela Garcia Campa arrested in Dallas Dec. 21 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon-family violence, returned to Wood County.

Dec. 21

12:27 p.m., theft, 700 blk Mimosa, resident missing money.

3:57 p.m., alarm, 1200 blk N. Pacific, testing alarms.

5:21 p.m., welfare concern, transported by EMS.

10:25 p.m., missing person, left home upset, returned home later.

11:43 p.m., information, 1200 blk Bromberg, subject left with car seat making reporting party unable to leave.

Dec. 22

1:22 a.m., unsecured area, 100 blk E. Broad, open door at business, building clear, unable to contact key holder, unable to secure door.

3:33 a.m., civil matter, 1200 blk Bromberg, from prior call.

3:41 a.m., civil matter, reporting party would like to speak to officer but did not answer call, from prior call.

1:36 p.m., information, W. Kilpatrick at Second, low hanging wire, utility company contacted.

2:34 p.m., disturbance, 1200 blk Bromberg, from prior call, parties fighting over property, female subject moving out, CPS caseworker requested copy of call.

5 p.m., assault, 1200 blk N. Pacific, employee reported assault by co-worker, does not wish to make a police issue, advised to report to manager.

6 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk NW Loop 564, employees from adjacent business, advised to move.

6:19 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 49 at CR 2250, advised subject throwing items from vehicle and bottle hit another vehicle, reported to WCSO.

7:23 p.m., public assist, Ivey near Loop 564, cones in roadway, newly poured concrete at subdivision.

10:02 p.m., city ordinance violation, 700 blk Newson, loud music, advised being turned down.

Dec. 23

11:29 a.m., suspicious person, 100 blk E. Front, train passenger acting strangely, requested to be removed.

2:14 p.m., reckless driver, E. Broad at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

3:05 p.m., assist other agency, 300 blk W. Kilpatrick, low hanging line, electrical company contacted.

8:00 p.m., information, 200 blk McWhorter, dropping off Christmas presents to residence that requested assistance.

10:50 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk NE Loop 564, vehicle hit in parking lot, parties exchanged information.

Dec. 24

5:02 a.m., suspicious person, 100 blk N. Pacific, subject in restroom over an hour and won’t answer, officer advised subject has left.

1:26 p.m., public assist, 800 blk N. Johnson, small child locked reporting party out of house, fire department opened door.

2:59 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk NE Loop 564, minor, information exchanged.

4:04 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, advised civil matter and referred to justice of the peace.

4:55 p.m., alarm, 100 blk E. Broad, canceled.

7:54 p.m., suspicious person, 700 blk W. Kilpatrick, heard woman screaming, advised looking for lost dog, found at animal shelter.

10:01 p.m., public assist, 1100 blk N. Newsom, EMS.

Dec. 25

1:37 a.m., disturbance, 500 blk W. McDonald, loud music and yelling, music turned down.

4:56 a.m., alarm, 1200 blk N. pacific, building is secure.

7:21 a.m., harassment, 700 blk W. Wigley, subject drove by residence at high rate of speed, no offense occurred.

1:21 p.m., assault, 200 blk Sue Lane, reported as verbal only, subjects separated.

3:27 p.m., information, 100 blk Autumn Wind Court, reported someone taking TV remote.

5:27 p.m., reported smoke, 600 blk Ivey, subject had permit to burn.

7:04 p.m., suspicious vehicles, 1400 blk S. Pacific, subjects are new owners of business.

7:39 p.m., alcohol related, 2200 blk N. Pacific, subject reported drinking at business, subject left city and incident reported to county.

Officers also answered 17 animal control calls and made 74 traffic stops.
