1:33 a.m., assist other agency, N. Johnson, medical alarm, set off accidentally.

1:59 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad, vehicle hit in parking lot.

2:16 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, subject had gone for a walk.

3:17 p.m., public assist, N. Johnson, no toilet paper in public restroom.

4:06 p.m., civil matter, 300 blk Greenville.

6:54 p.m., theft, N. Pacific, clothes taken from location.

7:26 p.m., suspicious vehicles, N. Pacific at Springlake, loud mufflers, possibly racing, unable to locate.

7:50 p.m., information, W. Front, vehicles driving fast in area, unable to locate.

9:05 p.m., suspicious persons, Pegues, four juvenile males banging on doors, unable to locate.

10:09 p.m., theft, W. Kilpatrick, tail light taken from pickup, appears lens fell off.

10:13 p.m., theft, Krause, heard knocking on back door and found table to be missing, party’s grandmother had picked up table.

October 17

9:04 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, building secure.

9:19 a.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk N. Pacific, unable to maintain lane, vehicle found parked and unoccupied.

9:23 a.m., city ordinance violation, S. Johnson, loud music, officer advised music not at unreasonable level.

2:01 p.m., welfare concern, 500 blk E. Broad, man slumped over in chair at garage sale, subject advised just sleepy.

4:49 p.m., criminal mischief, E. Blair at N. Pacific, kids in vehicle throwing objects at passing vehicles, unable to locate.

8:32 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific, female slumped over steering wheel in vehicle, two males in vehicle were responsive.

8:47 p.m., city ordinance violation, S. Johnson, noise complaint, officer could not hear any noise.

October 18

1:54 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at E. McDonald, two vehicles, no injuries.

3:29 p.m., suspicious person, man lying in roadway, Mimosa and E. Broad, arrested Carlist Ray Brinkley II, obstructing highway/passageway.

3:31 p.m., motorist assist, 1800 blk N. Pacific, metal in roadway, unable locate.

7:19 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad, two vehicles.

9:22 p.m., harassment, N. Pacific, subject said people are after him.

October 19

1:28 a.m., assist other agency, 300 blk Greenville, subject’s property left in ambulance.

11:15 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject seeking information about a case.

5:41 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk NE Loop 564, dog locked in vehicle, unlocked prior to officer arrival.

7:47 p.m., reckless driver, E. Broad at city limits, tried to run subject off road, stopped by county units.

October 20

9:45 a.m., theft, Krause, package delivered was empty.

5:34 p.m., welfare concern, 100 blk NE Loop 564, several small children in van, unable to locate.

5:47 p.m., welfare concern, 1000 blk E. Broad, disoriented subject, located by family members.

6:39 p.m., disturbance, 100 blk E. Front, conductor removing intoxicated subject from train.

7:26 p.m., fraud, 100 blk NE Loop 564, male subject, arrested for Wood County warrant, Juan Palomo Martinez-driving while intoxicated and evading arrest.

October 21

3:04 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at E. Blair, vehicle stopped, arrested William Lucas Couch for driving while intoxicated.

7:27 p.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk Loop 564, driving into oncoming traffic, vehicle stopped, arrested Roberto Hernandez for driving while intoxicated.

8:27 p.m., public assist, S. Pacific at city limits, pallets in roadway, one vehicle with flat tire.

8:40 p.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, female subject started to call 911 then left with male, unable to locate.

10:45 p.m., disturbance, Brenda, verbal, subjects separated.

11:38 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Nature Preserve, subject lost keys and will return for vehicle.

11:47 p.m., civil matter, Brenda, subject from prior call threw party’s clothes on porch.

October 22

2:34 a.m., public assist, N. Pacific, assist putting air in tire.

3:40 a.m., burglary, Goodson, unknown person came into home.

8:57 a.m., alarm, Baker, everything OK.

8:57 a.m., public assist, N. Johnson at Blair, box in roadway, removed.

10:16 a.m., unsecured area, Goodson Cir., back door open, everything OK.

11:03 a.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk N. Pacific, passing in turn lane, stopped and detained.

11:45 a.m., assist other agency, 900 W. Patten, vehicle unlock.

12:27 p.m., public assist, Giles, information about motorcycle.

12:50 p.m., public assist, W. Kilpatrick, vehicle blocking driveway, moved.

1:02 p.m., criminal mischief, W. Blair, visitor messing around on porch.

1:26 p.m., welfare concern, 1200 blk N. Pacific, man laying in middle of intersection, refused EMS.

1:30 p.m., warrant service, University, arrested William Craver for assault warrant.

1:55 p.m., civil matter, Greenville Hwy., party’s friend loaned money and subject won’t pay it back, advised to contact justice of the peace.

3:55 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, title found, returned to owner.

4:12 p.m., W. McDonald, warrant service, unable to locate.

5:12 p.m., information, N. Pacific, subjects playing with ball went into yard and owner won’t return, returned prior to officer arrival.

7:43 p.m., warrant service, W. McDonald, arrested Phillip Ray Castaneda-assault.

8:10 p.m., found property, N. Pacific, Social Security card.

8:44 p.m., alarm, Greenville, canceled.
