3:15 a.m., welfare concern, S. Johnson, vehicle with doors open.

4:34 a.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, someone asleep in vehicle, subject has warrant from Houston, arrested Cody Driver.

11:39 a.m., disturbance, Padgett, male and female in yard arguing, verbal only, parties separated.

1:22 p.m., public assist, Debby, keys and cell phone left in room and could not be located after checking out.

6:30 p.m., public assist, 1400 blk S. Pacific, party reported hitting something in roadway.

9:22 p.m., escort, juvenile officer with combative subject requesting escort through city.

January 30

12:05 a.m., unknown offense, Karen, loud music, agreed to turn music down.

12:36 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 100 blk E. Broad, arrested Luke Mitchell for driving while intoxicated, minor in possession and false identification.

7:48 a.m., sexual assault, Brenda.

2:42 p.m., theft, 100 blk S. Pacific, gas drive off, subject will be en route to pay.

2:46 p.m., welfare concern, Brenda.

3:09 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, subject transported by EMS for evaluation.

January 31

12:35 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk N. Johnson, unoccupied vehicle with open doors, belongs to shop owner.

8:36 a.m., information, W. Blair, subject seeking information on directed patrol.

8:44 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at N. Johnson, assist pubic works with traffic control.

8:47 a.m., burglary, N. Johnson, items taken out of newly-purchased house.

9:40 a.m., found property, 1800 blk S. Pacific, vehicle left fire extinguisher on side of road, unable to locate.

12:01 p.m., runaway, N. Pacific, no report at this time.

1:11 p.m., welfare concern, Brenda, everything OK.

2:52 p.m., found property, Nature Preserve, diaper bag/back pack found, returned to owner.

6:18 p.m., disturbance, 900 blk W. Patten, intoxicated female, arrested Rebecca Leann Tussing for driving while intoxicated.

February 1

3:18 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Kilpatrick, vehicle at residence belongs to suspect in robberies.

8:29 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at N. Johnson, assist public works with traffic control.

10:50 a.m., assist other agency, N. Newsom, assist fire and EMS.

1:23 p.m., suspicious person, W. Broad, subject reported living behind building, officer unable to locate.

5:00 p.m., disturbance, Molly, verbal only and civil matter.

5:11 p.m., identity theft, 300 blk Greenville, referred to another agency, outside jurisdiction.

7:35 p.m., alarm, E. Broad, building secure.

7:38 p.m., reckless driver, Second at W. Blair, unable to locate.

8:37 p.m., disturbance, 200 blk W. Blair, verbal only.

February 2

9:33 a.m., found property, W. Blair at University, wallet.

9:50 a.m., motorist assist, 100 blk S. Pacific, debris in roadway.

1:17 p.m., suspicious persons, Second, suspects not located.

4:31 p.m., welfare concern, 1200 blk N. Pacific, small child in driver’s lap, mother was feeding child while in line and putting back in car seat upon officer’s arrival.

4:42 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 1000 blk S. Pacific, two vehicles, no injuries.

5:15 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, parking lot, two vehicles, no injuries.

5:44 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, two vehicles.

8:42 p.m., welfare concern, E. McDonald, unable to reach subject, officers advised subject is OK.

11:36 p.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, suspect upset that subject would not buy him a beer, appeared intoxicated, vehicle located, arrested Derick Wayne McCann for driving while intoxicated third or more.

February 3

9:17 a.m., city ordinance violation, Terminal, controlled burn in county.

10:10 a.m., civil matter, 300 blk Greenville, question over possession of deceased person’s vehicle.

12:10 p.m., burglary, 1400 blk S. Pacific, home broken into.

1:32 p.m., suspicious persons, Pegues at University, three males at old gym, building clear and secure.

11:49 p.m., motorist assist, 800 blk N. Pacific, vehicle with hazard lights, vehicle ran out of gas blocking road, took motorist to gas station.

February 4

12:42 a.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Kilpatrick, everything OK.

1:50 a.m., public assist, E. Broad, voucher approved for lodging.

2:31 a.m., public assist, Autumn Wind, assist EMS, possible cardiac arrest.

3:46 a.m., alarm, S. Pacific, canceled by alarm company.

3:58 a.m., suspicious vehicle,1000 blk S. Pacific, all clear.

3:59 p.m., harassment, E. Broad, at place of employment, advised would need management to request criminal trespass.

4:04 p.m., fraud, NE Loop 564, truck driver suspected he had been scammed concerning load, advised was civil matter.

4:58 p.m., assist other agency, Wren, vehicle fell on subject changing tire, subject transported to hospital.

8:29 p.m., motorist assist, 300 blk Greenville, subject on side of road with flashers, no emergency.

9:36 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2700, vehicle pursuit by WCSO, report of shots fired, one subject detained.
