February 12

1:06 a.m., unknown offense, 100 blk Peachtree, dog barking all night, officer advised on scene for 10 minutes and dog barking for two minutes, not a violation.

2:13 a.m., alarm, W. Broad, everything locked and secure.

2:35 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, subject reported someone took money from her and it is on video.

4:16 p.m., public assist, N. Newsom, subject did not want to go with EMS, neighbor to look out for subject.

5:31 p.m., suspicious persons, E. Broad, dumpster diving, subjects advised they had permission.

6:33 p.m., criminal mischief, N. Line, dogs put in chicken pen, believed to be malicious, taken to animal shelter.

7:31 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, wanted information about concealed weapon on bus.

7:40 p.m., information, W. Blair, subject looking for dogs from previous report.

February 13

1:00 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 400 blk E. Broad, arrested Victoria Lynn Moore for driving while intoxicated.

12:55 p.m., assist other agency, 1100 blk N. Newsom, assist fire dept. with landing zone.

3:08 p.m., fraud, N. Pacific, subject scammed.

9:28 p.m., disturbance, W. Patten, about 10 juveniles at location, no crime committed.

11:03 p.m., disturbance, Sue, subject reported suspect refusing to let her leave location, no crime committed.

February 14

12:59 a.m., alarm, W. Broad, everything secure.

1:46 a.m., alarm, W. Broad, chain and lock securing front entrance.

3:22 a.m., alarm, Park Central, doors secure, no criminal activity.

8:23 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, everything OK.

3:28 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N., Johnson at Greenville, minor, no injuries.

4:49 p.m., city ordinance violation, S. Newsom at McWhorter, burn permit expired.

5:47 p.m., welfare concern, N. Johnson at Patten, vehicle in roadway, ran out of gas, pushed out of roadway.

6:15 p.m., disturbance, W. Broad, male suspect yelling at subject’s wife, left prior to officer arrival.

6:21 p.m., city ordinance violation, S. Newsom at McWhorter, controlled burn from prior call, no one seen attending the fire.

6:37 p.m., information, 1100 blk N. Newsom, no offense occurred, directed patrol issued.

6:48 p.m., runaway, 1000 blk S. Pacific, juvenile ran away from escort, located at family member’s home.

February 15

4:18 a.m., alarm, W. Broad, everything secure.

10:25 a.m., information, 100 blk S. Pacific, railroad crossing arm broken.

11:25 a.m., assist other agency, CR 2205, grass fire, old barn burned.

5:10 p.m., public assist, Landers, dog reported charging children, unable to determine if dog left owner’s property, no one injured.

7:03 p.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk NW Loop 564, unable to maintain lane and into oncoming traffic, stopped vehicle, no signs of intoxication.

8:10 p.m., motorist assist, W. Broad at Loop 564, truck secure and out of roadway.

February 16

12:38 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 1100 blk W. Broad, not blocking roadway.

12:44 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 300 blk W. Broad, subject is preparing for paper route.

4:13 a.m., welfare concern, 1000 blk E. Broad, man walking westbound near edge of road, unable to locate.

7:26 a.m. suspicious person, Phillips, subject believes suspect is in area to buy drugs, vehicle located unattended.

9:43 a.m., information, Lowe, request to speak to officer, unable to contact.

11:40 a.m., reckless driver, Greenville at Loop 564, speeding and passing in unsafe manner, unable to locate.

1:23 p.m., alarm, Nuss, panic alarm, homeowner is OK.

1:29 p.m., assist other agency, Rainbow, juvenile probation, check on juvenile drug use in home.

2:26 p.m., assist other agency, W. Patten, juvenile probation, welfare check.

4:29 p.m., information, Hart at Baker, house does not have address displayed.

6:18 p.m., reckless driver, E. McDonald, three motorcycles speeding, unable to locate.

6:46 p.m., assist other agency, Park Place, EMS and fire, medical call.

10:21 p.m., assist other agency, NE Loop 564 at FM 49, subject has not arrived home and phone is showing in this area, unable to locate.

February 17

8:46 a.m., welfare concern, 1600 blk Robin, officer advised subjects OK.

10:33 a.m., alarm, S. Pacific, everything secure.

10:49 a.m., drug offense, W. Loop 564, school police notified.

11:47 a.m., welfare concern, 1000 blk E. Broad, subject cleaning up around post office.

5:06 p.m., reckless driver, 2200 blk N. Pacific, 18 wheeler ran another vehicle off road, unable to locate.

6:36 p.m., welfare concern, Peachtree, subject was OK.

10:13 p.m., assist other agency, 1100 blk N. Pacific, assist WCSO with traffic stop.

February 18

4:27 a.m., unknown offense, N. Newsom, two people arguing, leaving area.

6:43 a.m., alarm, E. Broad, canceled by alarm company.

9:45 a.m., reckless driver, 2200 blk N. Pacific, driving all over road and speeding, unable to locate.

1:45 p.m., civil matter, N. Line, borrowed truck not returned, awarded in justice of peace court, alerted title was being changed, referred back to JP court.

3:19 p.m., motorist assist, 400 blk S. Pacific, tractor-trailer moved out of roadway.

6:13 p.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, in parking lot.

7:45 p.m., suspicious persons, N. Pacific, two males, no crime committed.

8:29 p.m., disturbance, W. Kilpatrick, two subjects fighting, no offense, all verbal.

9:05 p.m., suspicious vehicle, SE Loop 564 (Nature Preserve), vehicle driving around with no headlights, subject in custody, Tevin Jamal Carter of Cedar Hill arrested for unlawful possession of metal or body armor by a felon and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
