12:11 a.m., disturbance, Francis, subject assaulted party’s girlfriend, arrested Kenneth Earl Wilkins Jr. of Mineola for assault impeding breathing/circulation-family violence.

12:29 a.m., burglary, N. Greenville, report of backhoe taken from precinct barn seen on camera, false alarm.

5:39 a.m., alarm, W. Broad, staff present.

10:21 a.m., assist other agency, N. Johnson, alleyway blocked, alley cleared.

1:49 p.m., assist other agency, S. Pacific at river bridge, two vehicle accident, fire and EMS on scene.

3:32 p.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, caller referred to sheriff’s office.

5:27 p.m., reckless driver, E. Broad at Pacific, speeding, vehicle went into Smith County.

6:06 p.m., criminal mischief, N. Johnson, damage to lift being used for building repairs.

7:54 p.m., welfare concern, 1800 blk N. Pacific, everything OK.

8:23 p.m., unknown offense, E. Broad, man at business causing problems, criminal trespass had reportedly been issued on subject, unable to locate.

9:07 p.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk S. Pacific, trying to pass on shoulder, subject stopped, Gabino Rocha of Mineola arrested for driving while intoxicated.

9:20 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk Loop 564, two vehicles, no injuries.

9:59 p.m., unknown offense, Wigley, kids home alone, male subject tried to enter residence, unable to locate. 

May 1

8:47 a.m., information, Brenda, someone trying to break into home when homeowner leaves.

3:21 p.m., terroristic threat, W. Front at Stone, unsure if offense occurred, reporting party’s story changing.

9:20 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject reported sexual assault, advised would have to report to Smith County as address is in that county.

9:43 p.m., city ordinance violation, Wigley, loud music, arrested Khanh Huu Nguyen, Louisiana warrant.

9:44 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at E. Blair, unable to maintain lane, stopped at residence.

10:39 p.m., welfare concern, Krause, 911 hang up, verbal only, parties separated.

11:04 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, female reported boyfriend got mad and left her in Mineola, started walking, followed by vehicle.

May 2

1:12 a.m., unsecured area, N. Johnson, front entrance not secured, building cleared.

1:53 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, assist sheriff’s office.

8:46 a.m., theft, Bromberg, directed patrol issued.

10:36 a.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, man living near trash receptacle area, criminally trespassed from property.

7:05 p.m., disturbance, Wigley, couple fighting, verbal only.

9:06 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at city limits, flashers on at high speed, passing other vehicles, stopped in 500 blk S. Pacific, issued “strong:” verbal warning, animal emergency at vet in Tyler.

9:43 p.m., motorist assist, 700 blk Greenville, ran out of gas.

May 3

1:11 a.m., unsecured area, N. Johnson, front door unsecured, building cleared.

7:27 a.m., trespassing, N. Pacific, canceled, was unexpected guest.

12:36 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at Blair, two vehicles.

2:32 p.m., civil matter, University, dispute over money paid for job, advised to contact justice of the peace.

6:30 p.m., trespassing, Second, criminal trespass warning requested, subject contacted and issued warning.

6:55 p.m., reckless driver, Loop 564 at Hwy. 37, weaving, driver stopped, no signs of impairment.

7:10 p.m., city ordinance violation, W. Broad at Wood, loud music, unable to locate.

8:23 p.m., reckless driver, Greenville at Loop 564, semi traveling at high speed, officer followed vehicle around loop, no violation observed.

May 4

12:41 a.m., unknown offense, 300 blk Landers, someone observed rummaging in vehicle, was owner.

6:20 a.m., unknown offense, Lowe, daughter not taking medication, being combative.

12:55 p.m., motor vehicle accident, Stone, hit and run, vehicle stopped, issued three citations.

2:00 p.m., theft, N. Pacific.

2:42 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, key holder on scene.

7:05 p.m., assist other agency, W. Buchanan, medical call, child transported to ER.

8:57 p.m., disturbance, Goodson Cir., daughter assaulting subject, will not leave residence, parties separated.

May 5

4:14 a.m., unsecured area, E. Broad, open door, building secure.

5:14 a.m., unknown offense, Nancy, dogs barking all night, advised to contact animal control when barking.

8:24 a.m., forgery, N. Pacific.

9:50 a.m., information, Sycamore, vacation house watch.

3:54 p.m., assault, 100 blk NE Loop 564, motor vehicle accident turned into assault, when victim confronted man who bumped his vehicle, hit phone out of hand, both parties left.

3:56 p.m., public assist, Brendlind, automatic medical alert, everything fine.

4:29 p.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564.

10:25 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific, 911 hang up, no disturbance observed.

May 6

6:23 a.m., suspicious vehicle, Sycamore at University, abandoned car in ditch, no one inside, wrecker to retrieve vehicle.

8:18 a.m., public assist, E. Broad, truck knocked down power lines in alley.

9:57 a.m., theft, N. Newsom, tools taken from work site, arrangements made to return, no charges.

4:08 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific, passed recklessly, unable to locate.

6:30 p.m., reckless driver, 2200 blk N. Pacific, swerving and slamming on brakes, vehicle stopped, no signs of intoxication.

6:57 p.m., unknown offense, 100 blk W. Commerce, assistance moving barricades.

7:07 p.m., drunken subject, University at W. Kilpatrick, riding mower operator drinking beer driving on street, unable to locate.

7:23 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 100 blk E. Blair, Edward Heath Gonzales arrested on warrant.

8:36 p.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk S. Pacific, driving in passing lane with hazard lights on and veering into other lane, unable to locate.

10:12 p.m., welfare concern, W. Broad, possibly intoxicated driver, no vehicle matching description located.
