3:27 a.m., subject stopped, W. Front at S. Johnson, person asleep at gazebo, everything OK.
8:35 a.m., welfare concern, 100 blk E. Commerce, person next to gazebo passed out, advised just taking a break from walking.
10:54 a.m., escort, N. Johnson, funeral.
11:39 a.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, civil issue.
11:43 a.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Broad, motorcycle in parking lot, owner retrieved prior to arrival.
4:12 p.m., suspicious person, 300 blk E. Broad, looking for shady place to wait for ride.
7:31 p.m., theft, N. Pacific, equipment stolen from residence, person hired to work has not completed job, making threats by text message.
9:22 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk NE Loop 564, vehicle in fire lane with emergency flashers, returned item in box, received gift card, box contained old shoes, subject issued citation.
11:19 p.m., unknown offense, S. Pacific, stolen iPad located and retrieved.
Aug. 21
1:04 a.m., suspicious persons, N. Pacific, two people on four wheelers with rifles driving in town, two suspects in custody following chase, Jordan Michael Thomas of Mineola arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, evading arrest or detention, failure to identify, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, reckless driving and unlawfully carrying a weapon.
1:38 a.m., disturbance, Porter, assault reported, unable to locate suspect.
9:54 a.m., public assist, N. Pacific at Greenville traffic lights not working, power pole at Leslie and Mimosa reported to electric company following several reports of loud booms in area.
10:07 a.m., found property, Circle Dr., cell phone found in backyard.
4:19 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, building locked and secure.
4:44 p.m., public assist, W. McDonald at Sycamore, cable line down, utility company contacted.
5:18 p.m., public assist, 800 blk N. Pacific, small branch on wire, electric company contacted.
7:31 p.m., public assist, W. Broad, subject rented equipment and needs to leave town, is leaving equipment behind business, business contacted.

8:50 a.m., unsecured area, Emily, open back door, no one home, door secured.
10:00 a.m., disorderly conduct, N. Pacific, tried to hit public works director with vehicle, citation issued.
12:07 p.m., found property, E. Broad, license plate.
6:04 p.m., assault, E. Good, suspect threw plastic drawer at subject and destroyed plants.
6:51 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2503, power pole on fire, electric company called.
7:23 p.m., unknown offense, SE Loop 564, subject unloading after receiving hours, resolved.
7:35 p.m., unknown offense, Church, suspect kicked in door and fled.

5:23 a.m., motorist assist, S. Line at Commerce, tree branch, roadway cleared.
6:02 a.m., welfare concern, E. Broad, 18 wheeler blocking pumps, driver contacted, to move vehicle.
7:48 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, weaving, unable to locate.
9:17 a.m., warrant service, E. Front, Cody Heidelberg arrested.
10:13 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, accidental.
11:07 a.m., welfare concern, W. Blair, subject fell, refused EMS.
1:23 p.m., information, CR 2724, vehicle parked, everything OK.
1:55 p.m., public assist, N. Newsom, check residence, secure.
4:20 p.m., civil matter, N. Pacific, subject scared of neighbor.
8:54 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at city limits, unable to maintain lane, elderly subject, could not see well at night.
11:33 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad at Wood, arrested Jackie Ray Johnson of Natchitoches, La. for driving while intoxicated.

7:33 p.m., assault, Bromberg, mother’s boyfriend hit subject, she hit him back, no injuries.
7:41 p.m., information, Emily, vehicle repossession.
8:10 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, light on in building, officer escort requested, building secure, directed patrol issued.
8:13 p.m., disturbance, Molly, laser shined in subject’s eyes while driving, officer spoke to suspect and father.
8:23 p.m., disturbance, University, subject assaulted, suspect fired shot, no evidence found.
Aug. 25
10:18 a.m., escort, N. Pacific at Loop 564, funeral.
11:02 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Johnson at Greenville, two vehicles, no injuries.
12:37 p.m., assist other agency, E. McDonald, assist fire and EMS.
1:26 p.m., forgery, Inwood, money taken from bank account, will call back with banking information.
1:31 p.m., welfare concern, W. Patten, subject heard hollering from inside house, EMS contacted, subject helped off floor.
1:53 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, neighbor barged into residence demanding payment, subject criminally trespassed.
4:32 p.m., identity theft, 300 blk Greenville, subject brought in documentation for theft.
6:35 p.m., unknown offense, Stone, kids throwing trash in yard and street, trash picked up prior to officer arrival.
6:46 p.m., city ordinance violation, W. Broad, Zumba class has music loud again.
11:24 p.m., warrant service, E. Broad, Larry Burge of Mineola arrested for warrant, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Aug. 26
1:10 a.m., burglary, W. Broad, man seen taking mower on camera, found in bushes.
7:01 a.m., motorist assist, 1000 blk S. Pacific, disabled vehicle, cleared from roadway.
10:14 a.m., harassment, N. Pacific, employee from business next door yelling about parking, officers spoke with everyone concerning civil issue.
2:58 p.m., motorist assist, 1000 blk E. Broad, vehicle parked on shoulder, everything fine.
3:13 p.m., information, E. Broad, directive patrol requested, ex-employee and current employee fighting, advised suspect in jail, canceled request.
3:45 p.m., theft, Rainbow, item returned.
4:48 p.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific, keys, phone and dog locked in vehicle, vehicle unlocked.
6:31 p.m., unknown offense, W. Front, stow away coming in on train, needs to be removed, given ride to Lindale.
9:43 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk W. Commerce, vehicle with damage in same space for two nights, may be broken down.
11:08 p.m., unknown offense, W. Hwy. 80, bicyclist in middle lane, unable to locate.
Officers also made 56 traffic stops and answered 30 animal control calls.
