12:02 p.m., disturbance, University, subject refusing to leave residence, took swings at husband, criminal trespass warning issued, no offense occurred.

4:42 a.m., suspicious persons, NE Loop 564, subjects at back of store cutting open cardboard bales, said looking for lost cell phone, vehicle stopped, issued citation and warnings.

5:18 a.m., alarm, W. Broad, building secure, no signs of criminal activity.

9:38 a.m., motorist assist, S. Pacific at Front, train broken down, blocking three crossings.

3:38 p.m., public assist, Broad at Johnson, traffic control for unloading trailer.

4:37 p.m., unknown offense, Laura, subject “acting crazy,” no criminal trespass on file, homeowner does not want CT issued.

9:04 p.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 80 West, subject arrested for DWI by sheriff’s office.

11:49 p.m., public assist, W. Broad, open 911 call, everything seems OK.

December 4

12:13 a.m., city ordinance violation, W. Kilpatrick, loud music, unable to locate.

12:26 a.m., city ordinance violation, Kings Lane, subject’s dog barking and would like officer to look around, everything OK.

12:33 a.m., city ordinance violation, W. Blair, loud music, business closing, music turned off.

12:37 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, Hwy. 80 West, Sergio Ortiz-Asian, Murfreesboro, Tenn. arrested for driving while intoxicated-second offense.

5:43 a.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 80 East, vehicle hit something in roadway, unable to locate.

9:19 a.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, unable to contact subject, located in Tyler with family.

2:44 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, suspect tried to enter suspect’s vehicle while occupied, no criminal offense.

4:14 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, 911 hang up, everything OK.

4:58 p.m., criminal mischief, N. Newsom, slashed tire, does not wish to file charges.

5:19 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Loop 564 at W. Broad, two vehicles, no injuries.

5:43 p.m., assist other agency, W. Loop 564 at CR 2210, two vehicle accident.

6:54 p.m., assist other agency, W. Broad at city limits, disabled vehicle.

7:57 p.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Broad, legally parked on public roadway.

8:18 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at Loop 564, two vehicles, no injuries.

8:44 p.m., alarm, NE Loop 564, customer went out wrong door.

9:22 p.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, verbal between couple.

9:24 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, cleaning crew.

December 5

1:21 a.m., public assist, S. Pacific, subject laying on floor, appears unwell, EMS contacted and transported.

8:52 a.m., reckless driver, Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, high speed, passing unsafely, nothing illegal observed.

10:17 a.m., N. Pacific, disturbance, person in vehicle behind store hitting subject in back seat, Brian Allen Boyle, Quitman, arrested for injury to disabled person.

3:57 p.m., criminal mischief, N. Pacific, tire slashed, directed patrol issued.

7:02 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, vehicle repossession.

7:53 p.m., disturbance, CR 2724, couple reported arguing at Nature Preserve pavilion, everything OK.

8:08 p.m., disturbance, NE Loop 564, three males appear to be about to fight, unable to locate.

8:27 p.m., reckless driver, Hwy, 69 at CR 2370, high speed, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

9:03 p.m., assist other agency, 300 blk Greenville, referred to sheriff’s department.

9:42 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, party reported man with 18 wheeler parked nearby asked subject to come to truck after work, subject afraid to walk to vehicle after work, officer advised no offense occurred, would patrol area.

9:53 p.m., public assist, 1000 blk S. Pacific, branch in roadway, removed.

11:40 p.m., reckless driver, 100 blk NE Loop 564, vehicle stopped, citations and warnings issued.

December 6

10:58 a.m., city ordinance violation, Brendlind at Ivey, gun shots in area, unable to locate.

1:00 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad at Stone, two vehicles, no injuries.

3:32 p.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, angry customer called, cursed out employee, advised heading to location, officer cleared without incident.

3:35 p.m., information, Autumn Wind, complaint, officer advised everything OK.

7:14 p.m., motorist assist, 3200 blk CR 2330, vehicle off roadway.

7:52 p.m., information, Graves, follow up to prior incident.

December 7

12:13 a.m., disturbance, Second, verbal, boyfriend refusing to leave, spoke with all parties, no disturbance.

6:28 a.m., assist other agency, N. Johnson, fall victim, awake and breathing.

9:40 a.m., motorist assist, 100 blk Rosemont, disabled vehicle.

12:57 p.m., theft, W. Patten, subject reported pills missing.

2:13 p.m., city ordinance violation, S. Johnson, loud music, area reported quiet by officer.

2:42 p.m., civil matter, 1800 blk S. Pacific, missing vehicle, no offense reported.

3:52 p.m., theft, N. Pacific, toys taken from Toys for Tots box.

4:20 p.m., city ordinance violation, NE Loop 564, people in parking lot begging for money.

5:22 p.m., criminal mischief, E. McDonald, subject taking water, criminal trespass warning requested.

6:39 p.m., theft, Stone, subject left phone at school and tracked it to an address, adult at address advised that phone needs to be returned.

11:32 p.m., public assist, W. Kilpatrick, cable line reported in roadway, officer advised not in roadway.

December 8

1:48 a.m., unsecured area, N. Johnson, open door, building secure.

2:05 a.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, subject not feeling well, requested EMS, checked, not transported.

3:34 a.m., inquest, Nuss, justice of peace and funeral home contacted.

8:46 a.m., suspicious person, Hart, subject seen on surveillance camera, no criminal offense.

12:56 p.m., information, Landers, vehicle repossession.

1:12 p.m., harassment, N. Pacific, subject to be criminally trespassed from store.

2:21 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at Loop 564, two vehicles, with injuries.

2:25 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

4:01 p.m., theft, E. Front, suspect advised not to put trash in bin again.

5:17 p.m., reckless driver, 2200 blk S. Pacific, sheriff’s officers also looking for vehicle.

6:21 p.m., unknown offense, N. Newsom, subject took pills, transported by EMS.

8:37 p.m., unknown offense, N. Johnson, three juveniles ran from group from treatment facility, still missing at 9:53, one located, two entered as runaways.

8:40 p.m., theft, W. McDonald, three boys heard breaking into vehicle, stole shoes.

8:50 p.m., unknown offense, Porter, several 911 calls, yelling and shooting in area, shell casings located.

10:40 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, having issues with sensors.

December 9

5:33 a.m., suspicious person, 400 blk W. Broad, couple walking on road, male carrying machete, unable to locate.

11:00 a.m., disorderly conduct, Graham, bullet hole found in windshield.

5:15 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, vehicle sideswiped, did not notice until at home.

5:33 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, gun brought to police station as evidence.

6:07 p.m., harassment, N. Pacific, subject from prior report returned to store, criminal trespass warning issued.

7:16 p.m., disturbance, 1200 Bromberg, man and woman fighting, male left before officer arrival, female advised verbal only.

10:30 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, man not scanning items, Alan Wayne Phipps, Quitman arrested for theft $100-$750 and possession of controlled substance.

Officers also made 57 traffic stops and 31 animal control calls.
