The public is being invited to an opportunity to learn about issues and candidates facing the voters in Mineola at a citywide Wood County candidate forum Tuesday at St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church.
The event will be in the church’s Parish Hall and will begin with a “meet-and-greet” at 5:30 p.m. The forum is scheduled to start at 6 p.m.
The candidates for Wood County judge, district clerk and Pct. 2 justice of the peace will be present to help inform voters for their decisions regarding the upcoming election.
Early voting begins Tuesday and the primary election will be March 6. All candidates for these positions are Republicans; therefore all seats will be determined in that party primary.
St. Dunstan’s Church is located at 800 North Johnson Street.
