Montine Smith

Graveside services for Mildred Montine Smith, 91 of Quitman, formerly of Tyler were held June 27, 2014 at Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery with Wanda Taylor McClanahan officiating, under direction of Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home.

Mrs. Smith passed away June 24, 2014 in Tyler.

She was born April 18, 1923 in Winnsboro to the late Charlie Hood and Stella Williams Hood. She was a member of First Assembly of God, Tyler. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Smith and she was the last of eleven children.

Survivors include many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and greatnephews and many friends.
