Ora Marie Carter, 1935-2019

Ora Marie Carter, 84 of Princeton passed away on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019 in McKinney. She was born on Aug. 2, 1935 in Kemp to the late James Flatt and Ora Lockwood Flatt. She was a mother, homemaker and member of Harmony Assembly of God. Mrs. Carter was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and one brother. She is survived by her son, Joel Richardson; daughter, Doris Donihoo; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. Graveside Services will be held at 1 p.m. pm on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020 at Elm Grove Cemetery in Mabank.

Special Olympics returns in style

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
