Panthers no-hit Avery, win 21-1
The Alba-Golden varsity baseball pitching staff combined for a no-hitter in action against the Avery Bulldogs Feb. 25.
Ford Tannebaum, Kason Trimble, Jack Tannebaum, and Jacob Daily combined for five innings of no-hit pitching in the 21-1 rout of the Bulldogs.
The Panthers tallied 12 runs in the bottom of the first inning, and scored in all four at bats. At the plate, Alba-Golden was led by junior Jacob Daily, who went 3-for-3 and collected seven RBIs. Sophomore Kason Trimble went 1-for-1, knocking in three RBIs with a double. Senior Tom Mitchell was 2-for-4 on the night.
