Patriot Paws visit local DAR chapter meeting
Last Monday, a service dog training organization educated the John Hogg Sr. chapter of the National Society Daughters of American Revolution on the services they provide to veterans. Patriot Paws Service Dogs of Rockwall teach service dogs to assist disabled veterans and provide more training when veterans require unique assistance as well as veterinary medicine. They also put together the group Veterans for PAWS, who works to help veterans feel less alone. Patriot Paws has grown over the years to have educational programs at Texas A&M and Gatesville prison to teach puppies basic obedience and shifts at the Rockwell facility for detailed training.
