Star gazing at Mineola Nature Preserve
The Astronomical Society of East Texas will hold an astronomical viewing at the Mineola Nature Preserve on Friday, January 10th for all students and parents of public, private, and home schools.
Solar viewing will begin at 4:30pm, followed by general viewing beginning at 6pm and continuing until 9pm. There will be a star gazing presentation at 7pm.
This is all contingent on weather and clouds. Sat. Feb. 1 is the alternative date.
