The probation of six criminal defendants was revoked in 402nd District Court May 21, and all received prison sentences, according to the district attorney’s office.

Haley Dennis was revoked on three cases of burglary of habitation, a third degree felony, and was sentenced to ten years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice on each case to run concurrently. 

Ashlyn Jane-Renee Douglas was adjudicated guilty for unauthorized use of vehicle, a state jail felony, and was sentenced to one year in state jail.

Frank T. Parrish was adjudicated guilty for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, one gram or more, but less than four grams, a third degree felony, and was sentenced to three years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Kayla Richards was adjudicated guilty for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony, and was sentenced to one year in the county jail.

Alissa Dawn Trotta was revoked for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, one gram or more but less than four grams, a third degree felony, and sentenced to five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. 

Nicole Annette Williams was revoked for fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third degree felony, and sentenced to three years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
