WINNSBORO - A celebration of life for Betty Hayes, 89, Winnsboro was held Friday,  March 10 at Pentecostal Lighthouse Church in Winnsboro with Rev. George Dickens officiating.

Mrs. Hayes died March 5, 2017, at a Tyler hospital. She was born in Palmyra, Missouri on March 28, 1927 to the late Louis and Harriett Englehart. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Deaun Surnock and brother, Jack Englehart.

Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Dave Hayes of Winnsboro; a daughter, Mary Zimmerman, Winnsboro; seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
