Ralph Tutor, 1938-2021

Ralph Tutor, 83, of Yantis died on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021.

A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 18, 2021 at Lowe Funeral Home.

Ralph was born in Pontotoc, Miss. to the late Loyd and Victoria Tutor. At 19, he enlisted in the Army and proudly served his country for 20 years before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patricia Tutor; son, Michael W. Tutor; and three brothers, Lynn, Larry and Dexter Tutor.

He is survived by his sister, Brenda Dillard of Mississippi; brother, Tony Tutor of Mississippi; daughter, Kimberly Smith of Quitman; sons, Mark A. Tutor of Yantis and Matthew G. Tutor of Sulphur Springs; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Special Olympics returns in style

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert
