QUITMAN-Funeral services for Sandra Hendricks, 73, of Quitman were held Saturday, September 8 at Lowe Funeral Home with David Hendricks and Ed Rawls officiating.

Mrs Hendricks died September 4, 2018. She was born March 17, 1945, in Neville, Ohio to Walter and Gladys Bartlett.

She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, John Hendricks of Quitman; two sons, Steven Hendricks of Quitman and David Hendricks of Golden; daughter, Darlene Guy of Orange; brothers, Irvin Roehm of Victoria and Jonathan Bartlett of Clarksville, Tennessee; sister, Rosalyne Hughes of Ohio; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and extended family.

Special Olympics returns in style

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
