Scroggins honored for exceptional volunteer service
Sam Scroggins, past president of the Wood County Child Welfare Board, was honored as the Texas Council of Child Welfare Boards State-wide “Volunteer of the Year” for 2021 last week in Austin. The award is given for exceptional volunteer service on behalf of the children of the state of Texas.
