Danny Lynn Gore, Gilmer, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony, five years in state prison suspended for five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $500 fine and $390 court costs.

Billy Bob Basham, Fruitvale, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG1) less than one gram, state jail felony, three years in state prison with 62 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine and $392 court costs.

Evelyn Lee Jennings, Hawkins, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with 373 days credit for time served, $500 fine, restitution of $976 and $361 court costs.

Barrett Wayne Stanberry, Lindale, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, two years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $500 fine and $290 court costs.

Jimmy Fitzgerald Wilson, Mineola, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, third degree felony, 10 years in state prison with 414 days credit for time served, $1,500 fine and $355 court costs.

David Alan Thomas, Guadalupita N.M., possession of a controlled substance PG1 one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $3,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Richard Dean Guillot, Holly Lake Ranch, assault on security officer, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, five years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $290 court costs; assault causes bodily injury-family violence, Class A misdemeanor, dismissed.

Cody Joe Hays, Alba, assault causes bodily injury-family violence with previous conviction, third degree felony, seven years in state prison with 337 days credit for time served, $2,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Michelle Deann Hill, Grand Saline, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, two years in state jail suspended for three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $290 court costs.

Laura Christine Cooper, Quinlan, possession of a controlled substance PG1-1B less than one gram, state jail felony, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $750 fine and $290 court costs.

Cody Ryan Dry, Mineola, injury to a child, second degree felony, eight years in state prison with 604 days credit for time served, $1,000 fine and $290 court costs.
