Singles camping group plans monthly event

The Border Lows, a local chapter of Loners on Wheels (lonersonwheels.com), will have its monthly camp out March 11-15 at Mineola RV Park, 1150 N. Newsom St. Parking is $28 a night.

All camping singles are welcome to camp or come visit awhile.

Special Olympics returns in style

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
