To the editor:
When in the Brookshire’s grocery store in Quitman I had bought several bags and cans of animal food, almost $80. You see, I rescue animals, unfunded of course, but that’s OK – I feel I’m doing what God needs me to do.
When I started to pay out, I realized I had the wrong card. I asked the cashier to hold my basket and I would be right back.
She said everything was taken care of. You see, there was an angel in line right behind me.
Thank you wonderful lady.
