William Sudderth, 1942-2019

A memorial service for William “Bill” Lahue Sudderth, 77, of Mineola was March 21 at Beaty Funeral Home of Mineola.

Mr. Sudderth died March 17, 2019, in Tyler.

He was born on Feb. 16, 1942, in Wichita Falls to the late William Taylor Sudderth and Jennett Hope Sudderth. He was a retired oilman.

William is survived by his wife, Andrea Sudderth of Mineola; daughter, Annie Brea Sudderth of Austin; sons, Samuel Houston Sudderth of Salt Lake City and Ross Abraham Sudderth of Mineola; brother, John Taylor Sudderth of Round Rock; and two grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of East Texas.

Symphonic band presents Christmas concert

Come on over to Mineola’s beautiful Historic Select Theater and hear the Lake Country Symphonic Band’s Christmasy “Everything Christmas” concert.

Concerts are Sunday, Dec. 17, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m. Mike Holbrook is back in the director’s seat, so it’s sure to be a fun-filled couple of hours.
