Gary Don Brown, Mineola, obstruction or retaliation, third degree felony; driving while intoxicated-second offense, Class A misdemeanor; evading arrest/detention with vehicle, third degree felony.

Johnny Kevin Crawford, Jr., Mabank, theft of property, $2,500 or more, less than $30,000.

Misty Doreen Crawford, Quitman, manufacture delivery of controlled substance, penalty group one, four grams or more less than 200 grams, first degree felony.

Casey Allen Curry, Quitman, manufacture delivery of controlled substance, penalty group one, four grams or more less than 200 grams, first degree felony.

Lewis Joseph Douglas, Houston, possession of controlled substance, penalty group one, less than one gram, state jail felony.

Misty Houston Wheeler, Quitman, manufacture delivery of controlled substance, penalty group one, four grams or more less than 200 grams, first degree felony; prohibited/ item in correctional facility.

Corey Michael Lindley, Yantis, burglary of a habitation, second degree felony.

Dawson Emory Sims, Quitman, criminal negligent homicide, state jail felony.

Justin Glenn Thompson, Hineston, Louisiana, two counts of theft of cattle, less than $150,000, third degree felony; theft of property, $2,500 or more, less than $30,000, state jail felony.

Ricky Jo Hitt, Mineola, theft property over $2,500 under $30,000, state jail felony.
