The Wood County Grand Jury returned the following indictments Dec. 19:
Amy Lynn Aguirre, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony; repeat felony offender.
David Brent Vaughn, driving while intoxicated third or more; third degree felony.
Brian Eugene Tarver, possession controlled substance penalty group one: one gram or more but less than four grams; third degree felony, habitual felony offender.
Brian Kevin Roberts, assault causes bodily injury of family/household member with previous conviction; third degree felony.
Marshall Cary Murphy, driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age; state jail felony.
Chance Avery Briggs, white-tailed deer hunt without landowner consent; state jail felony.
Joseph Thomas Bedwell, unlawful possession of firearm by felon; third degree felony.
Brian Lee Barnett, aggravated assault with dealy weapon; second degree felony.
Michael Paul Anderson, driving while intoxicated third or more; third degree felony.
Danny Ray Anderson, driving while intoxicated third or more; third degree felony (deadly weapon); habitual felony offender.
